Criteria:

5 years minimum IT experience, with at least 3 within IT security
Some form of IT degree
Experience in network operating systems (preferably Windows)
Experience in networking tech, routing, switching, IP addressing, DNS, etc

Type of Engineering Certificates - CEH, SANS, GIAC certifications (GSEC, GCIH, GCIA), CCNP Security and CISSP
