HVAC services Designer / Estimator

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years in HVAC technologies & Building Services Engineering (including Hydraulics)

  • Proven track record in the design, estimation, supervision, and administration of mechanical services systems across a range of building types  

Responsibilities

  • Planning, designing, organising, and controlling complex projects

  • Making recommendations on alternative solutions to HVAC engineering problems

  • Ensuring delivery of accurate engineering output, within scope, time, and budget constraints

  • Delivering Progress reports and claims, pricing variations and contract administration

  • Performing cost analyses

  • Managing, and growing client relationships and engagement, ensuring the highest level of service

  • Responsible for maintaining and delivering quality standards of work

  • Promoting and sustaining a positive and highly collaborative working environment

Skills

  • Commercially focused

  • Able to work autonomously and under direction from Engineering Lead 

  • High level of computer literacy
